We asked you want you wanted more of and you want small kitchen design tips! Well we have done a bit of research and put our heads together with designers who have given us these little gems!
- Use Vertical Space
Use your wall space and make sure you choose slim narrow units to give the room a larger feel. Glass doors are also recommended to open up the space. - Add colour
A great way to do this is to choose bold cabinetry. This way a colourful toaster doesn’t use up all your valuable bench space. - Keep the window clear
Make sure the window is letting in all the light it possibly can but keeping it clutter free and airy. - Play with different materials
Mix up the materials you use from your base units to your wall units and keep it sleek. - Utilise awkward spaces
Use these awkward spaces and angles for storage. - Save on cupboard space
Hang pots and pans from a rail with hooks, this looks great and it’s a space saver. - Build in a breakfast bar
If you can try to incorporate a breakfast bar in the design this will really open up the kitchen. - Creative draws
Include drawers that open up into a chopping board, this will save space on your benches.
